Free trial
Harness Flow offers a 14-day free trial for Pro. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid monthly subscription billing.
Monthly subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew monthly. Cancellation stops future renewals, but already-paid subscription periods generally remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or service availability issues that materially affected use of the product.
Cloud usage
When cloud runs launch, usage-based run minutes may follow separate billing and refund rules shown at checkout or in the account billing area.
